Please follow these simple steps to use Telebank

1. Dial 1-888-384-6101
2. Log on with any of your account numbers and your PIN
3. Selecting 9 at any menu will return you to the previous menu
4. Selecting 0 at any menu will forward your call to a Customer Service Representative

TO TRANSFER FUNDS BETWEEN ACCOUNTS
TO CHECK ON A DIRECT DEPOSIT
TO FIND OUT IF A CHECK HAS CLEARED
TO REVIEW TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR ACCOUNT

TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE:

From the Account Information menu, select the account type:

1-checking
2-savings
3-certificate
4-loan

Current balance and last deposit will play automatically. Press 1 to repeat it.

TO TRANSFER FUNDS BETWEEN ACCOUNTS:
(statement accounts only)

From the Account Information menu, select the account type of either account:

1-checking
2-savings

Then, select 3 for "transfer funds". Have your account numbers ready. If you have more than one account of any type, you will have to enter the account numbers.

TO CHECK ON A DIRECT DEPOSIT:
(posting today)

Form the Account Information menu, select the account type

Select 2 for "review transactions or receive a fax"

Select 5 for "pending transactions"

TO FIND OUT IF A CHECK HAS CLEARED:

Form the Account Information menu, select the account type

Select 2 for "review transactions or receive a fax"

Select 6 to "see if a specific check has cleared"

TO REVIEW TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR ACCOUNT:

Form the Account Information menu, select the account type

Select 2 for "review transactions or receive a fax"

For Deposits, select 1

For Checks, select 2

For All Transactions, select 3
